North West Bucks State Tourism Trend - ABC Kimberley
Tourism in the Kimberley appears to be bucking a statewide downturn, according to the latest figures.
The number of nights spent in the Kimberley by domestic visitors jumped from 2,462,000 in 2017 to 3,186,000 last year.
International visitors spent 746,900 nights in the Kimberley last year, compared with 679,000 the previous year.
Both domestic and international visitor spending went up about $20 per person on average.
Intra-state day trip visitors increased 38%.
